Drew Dosch is returning as the Bluefield manager in 2026. Dosch, in his third season at the helm, led the Ridge Runners to the 2025 Appalachian League title. Justin Thomas and Jerry Greeley are also back in their respective roles on the coaching staff with Torrey Pettiford joining as hitting coach.
