Drew Dosch is returning as the Bluefield Ridge Runners' manager in 2026. Dosch, in his third season at the helm, led the Ridge Runners to the Appalachian League title in 2025. Justin Thomas and Jerry Greeley are also back in their respective roles on the coaching staff.
