The Danville Otterbots defeated the Greeneville Flyboys, 11-5, in the Appy League Championship game. The well-deserving Micah Dean was named playoff MVP with his back-to-back incredible performances in the East and Appy League Championship games.

As the Otterbots were down to their last breath, Kaden Martin lined a deep ball to left field to bring in two runs to seal a 3-2 victory and clinch a spot in the Appalachian League championship game.
