Maison Martinez, a right-handed pitcher for the 2024 Otterbots, was selected in the 16th round of the MLB Draft by the Cincinnati Reds. He was joined one round later by 2021 Otterbot pitcher Joel Sarver, who was taken by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Blake Barthol and Dean Mihos were members of the 2023 Danville Otterbots and helped Coastal Carolina make a push as the runner-up of the College World Series.
