The Tanasi’s Bullpen Ambassador Program is a community-focused initiative through the Kingsport Axmen that brings together passionate fans and dedicated individuals who want to support the Axmen, grow the fanbase and represent the organization throughout the Kingsport community. Ambassadors help create memorable experiences for fans, assist with community outreach and special events, build relationships with local businesses and organizations and spread excitement for Axmen baseball both on and off the field. Through their involvement, ambassadors serve as an extension of the Axmen organization, helping strengthen community connections, promote team spirit and make a lasting impact throughout the region.

My name is Damian and I am a resident of the Tri-Cities and a big fan of the Kingsport Axmen. I am a retired Marine veteran and college graduate. I have a wonderful wife I have been married to for 33 years and two sons who are also military veterans. I enjoy spending most of my time with my family and friends, but I also like to fish and shoot. My favorite thing to do is hang out with my grandson who also loves the Axmen and all of their staff. Go VOLS and go Axmen!

I’ve been an avid supporter of Kingsport baseball since the 2000 season when the Mets had their advanced rookie affiliate here. That passion remained when the Axmen organization started in 2021. I’ve attended more than 1,000 games, including 255 Axmen games through the ‘26 season. Baseball is my passion and as an ambassador I want to grow the Axmen fan base and help the organization succeed -- on and off the field. Professionally, I am the IT operations coordinator for the city of Kingsport, helping the city with all things in the IT world. I encourage everyone to come out to the ballpark and support our team! Go Axmen!

My name is Dylan Overbay, a US Marine Corps veteran. I served five years active duty. I’ve been an Axmen fan since I came back home from the Marines. Before that, I was a long-time Kingsport Mets fan from my childhood dreams of playing sports (even if I wasn’t good enough). My favorite hobbies are playing slow pitch softball and whatever idea my son comes up with. If I’m not playing ball, I am enjoying it in some for or fashion. Let’s go Axmen!

I began attending Kingsport baseball games in 2009 with my dad, Mike, and am entering my 18th season supporting the team. I've attended hundreds of Kingsport games in that timespan and also served as the Axmen's play-by-play broadcaster in 2023. Alongside Mark, you can learn anything you need to know about the on-field talent donning the Axmen colors each summer from me.

Born and raised right here in Kingsport, I’ve been cheering on local baseball ever since I was a little kid coming to games with my dad! Off the field, I work as a home care nurse caring for our local seniors. When I’m not at the ballpark making lifelong memories with my wonderful wife and amazing daughter, you can usually find me hiking local trails, taking scenic drives, catching a movie or fitting in some gaming. At the end of the day, my world revolves around what matters most: family, friends and Axmen baseball!
