RF Entertainment Venue

Rental of the RF Entertainment Space can include one or more of the event space areas (Party Patio, Mid-Level Terrace, Elevation Deck) and access to the bar. There is specific seating options for 175 guests, with an additional 150 capacity as standing-room along the drink rails and bar area.

Rental Times: All base rentals include a 2.5 hour event time with one-hour of set up prior to the event start (set up and clean up are the responsibility of the renter and must be done within the above time frame).

Rental Fee: $350 for 3.5 hours of rental time (includes set up, event, and clean up). Any damages may result in additional costs to the renter.

Parking: Parking is available at the stadium down the service road closest to the Right Field Gate.

Food & Beverages: If you are interested in The Ville providing food and/or the bar being available for your event, please notify us in your reservation inquiry. You may bring in outside food and non-alcoholic beverages for your event.

The Ville food menu features a wide range of offerings from your go-to ballpark favorites, to light social hors d'oeuvres, to entrées like Chicken Piccata, Roast Beef Medallions, Pecan Roasted Pork Loin and more! Crafted by our executive chef, who has 30+ years of culinary experience.

The Ville also offers off-site catering services. Let us know when your event is and menu preference, and we will take it from there!
