Ryan Keur

No stranger to the Burlington Royals, Keur spent the 2011-2016 seasons with the Burlington Royals before heading down to Daytona Beach, Florida to serve as the Team President for the Daytona Tortugas. In March 2020, Keur acquired Burlington Baseball Inc. from long-time owner and legend of baseball, Miles Wolff. Wolff provided Keur with his first full-time job back in 2011 when Keur became the Assistant General Manager.

In October 2013, Keur was named the General Manager of the Burlington Royals and at the time became the youngest GM in all of baseball. Keur was named the Appalachian League Executive of the Year for each of the subsequent three seasons (2014, 2015 and 2016) while at the helm. The Burlington Royals were recognized by the Appalachian League as the Promotional Award of Excellence in 2015 and 2016. In 2015, Keur was the recipient of the Matt Minker Award from the Kansas City Royals as their Top Minor League Employee. During Keur's three years at the helm, the team achieved record highs in revenue, attendance and community involvement and promotional activity.

Following Keur's first season with the Daytona Tortugas, he was awarded Minor League Baseball's top two national honors. Keur was named both Baseball America and Ballpark Digest's 2017 Minor League Baseball Executive of the Year.

A graduate from Elon University, Keur was recently recognized in the Elon Top 10 Graduates in the Last 10 Years. Ryan is married to his wife Brittany, and they have a lovable ballpark dog, Barley. During his free time, Ryan enjoys anything involving competition and enjoys watching college basketball and college football.

Anderson Rathbun

Anderson is entering his 4th season with the Burlington Sock Puppets as the team's General Manager. In their inaugural season (2021) as the Sock Puppets, the club saw an attendance increase of over 30% from the last season of the Burlington Royals (2019). The second season of the Sock Puppets set record highs in total season and average game attendance while hosting the MLB Network nationally televised 2022 Appalachian League All-Star Game & Skills Competition. The Burlington Sock Puppets won Organization of the Year in 2022. The third season of the Sock Puppets saw an even greater jump in average attendance, as they averaged over 2,000 fans per game for the first time since the early 1990s.

Born and raised in Northern Ohio, Rathbun attended Clemson University and has made stops with the then Rookie Level Burlington Royals, Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens, and the then High-A Daytona Tortugas. When not at the ballpark, Anderson loves to be out on the golf course, get disappointed in Cleveland Sports, or hang out with his dog, Threaddie.

Jackson Webb

Jackson Webb is entering his 4th season with the Burlington Sock Puppets; spending the first two as a summer intern and last year as the Stadium Operations Manager. Jackson is a graduate of Elon University with a degree in Sports Management.

Jackson is born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina, and attended Williams High School. At Elon, Jackson was a member of the Fire of the Carolinas Marching Band. Webb is a huge Caniac and all around avid sports fan.

Josh Stewart

Josh Stewart is entering his first full-time season with the Burlington Sock Puppets, after joining the team as an on-field emcee during the 2023 season. Prior to coming to Sockville, Josh was involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and as a Youth Director for New Life at Hocutt Church.

An Alamance County native, Josh grew up in Burlington, graduating from Burlington Christian Academy. He is a huge Panthers and UNC Tarheels fan and enjoys spending his free time making music, drinking large amounts of coffee and taking fantasy football way too seriously.

Gwyneth Webster

Gwyneth Webster is a Senior at Elon University studying Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration. Gwyneth is excited to be apart of the 2024 Sales Academy program as a Fun Coordinator and looks forward to bringing people together for a fun night out in Sockville. She also works for Converge Coffee Roaster and most recently was an executive operations intern at GO Mammoth intramural sports.

Gwyn is a native of Boise, Idaho and loves reading, cooking, baking, watching movies and traveling! She will be graduating from Elon University in May this Spring!

Ryan Moss

Ryan Moss is currently a Senior at Elon University majoring in Sports Management with a Business Administration and Sales minor. Ryan spent last summer interning with the NECBL's Danbury Westerners and the previous year as a community events staff member for the Carolina Hurricanes.

Ryan is a huge sports fan and loves playing basketball, golf and tennis. He and his dad travel to a different MLB stadium each year. Growing up as a kid and going to sporting events, Ryan was instantly attracted to the experiential side of the industry. Being apart of the 2024 Sales Academy class, he is excited to be able to repay those memories he had growing up and create new experiences for everyone here in Alamance County.

Zoe Chepenik

Zoe Chepenik is a Sophomore student at Elon University studying Sports Management and Marketing. Initially an Orlando, Florida native, Zoe has loved calling North Carolina home. She is eager to learn everything there is to know about the sports world and excited to help people make incredible memories this year as a Fun Coordinator.

Zoe is a huge sneakerhead, loves cars and everything outdoors from the mountains to the beach!
