No stranger to the Burlington Royals, Keur spent the 2011-2016 seasons with the Burlington Royals before heading down to Daytona Beach, Florida to serve as the Team President for the Daytona Tortugas. In March 2020, Keur acquired Burlington Baseball Inc. from long-time owner and legend of baseball, Miles Wolff. Wolff provided Keur with his first full-time job back in 2011 when Keur became the Assistant General Manager.

In October 2013, Keur was named the General Manager of the Burlington Royals and at the time became the youngest GM in all of baseball. Keur was named the Appalachian League Executive of the Year for each of the subsequent three seasons (2014, 2015 and 2016) while at the helm. The Burlington Royals were recognized by the Appalachian League as the Promotional Award of Excellence in 2015 and 2016. In 2015, Keur was the recipient of the Matt Minker Award from the Kansas City Royals as their Top Minor League Employee. During Keur's three years at the helm, the team achieved record highs in revenue, attendance and community involvement and promotional activity.

Following Keur's first season with the Daytona Tortugas, he was awarded Minor League Baseball's top two national honors. Keur was named both Baseball America and Ballpark Digest's 2017 Minor League Baseball Executive of the Year.

A graduate from Elon University, Keur was recently recognized in the Elon Top 10 Graduates in the Last 10 Years. Ryan is married to his wife Brittany, and they have a lovable ballpark dog, Barley. During his free time, Ryan enjoys anything involving competition and enjoys watching college basketball and college football.

Anderson is entering his fifth season with the Burlington Sock Puppets. In their inaugural season (2021) as the Sock Puppets, the club saw an attendance increase of over 30% from the last season of the Burlington Royals (2019). The second season of the Sock Puppets set record highs in total season and average game attendance while hosting the MLB Network nationally televised 2022 Appalachian League All-Star Game & Skills Competition. The Burlington Sock Puppets won Organization of the Year in 2022. The third season of the Sock Puppets saw an even greater jump in average attendance, as they averaged over 2,000 fans per game for the first time since the early 1990s.

Born and raised in Northern Ohio, Rathbun attended Clemson University and has made stops with the then Rookie Level Burlington Royals, Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens and the then High-A Daytona Tortugas. When not at the ballpark, Anderson loves to be out on the golf course, get disappointed in Cleveland Sports, or hang out with his dog, Threaddie.

Heading to Sockville, fresh from Tampa, Fla., Audrey is excited to kick off her first season with the Sock Puppets! A graduate of William Peace University, Audrey was born and raised in North Carolina. After five years in Tampa, she is looking forward to returning to her home state.

During her time in Tampa, Audrey spent four seasons with the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning on their Blue Crew, working in games and with the community for promotions and fan experience. Audrey’s four seasons with the Lightning bring her to a total of six years of sports experience, and she is looking forward to bringing that experience to Burlington.

While in Florida Audrey also spent time with top attraction venues; Topgolf Tampa, ZooTampa at Lowry Park and The Florida Aquarium managing and leading processes in events and guest experience.

Joining her on her trip from Tampa is Audrey’s furry sidekick, Eccleston, and they both can’t wait to see you in Sockville this season!

Dr. Kevin Krasinski, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained sports medicine specialist, serves as the Team Doctor for the Burlington Sock Puppets. With extensive experience in sports injury treatment, he has provided orthopedic care to athletes at all levels, including serving as a team physician for Boston College and an assistant team physician for Duke University and North Carolina Central University. A specialist in shoulder and knee injuries, Dr. Krasinski is dedicated to helping athletes recover and return to peak performance.
